I understand life happens to all of us. Unforeseen events, illnesses, car trouble, child’s care come first. However, I ask that you call or text if you cannot keep your appointment at least 3 hours in advance. $75.00 cancellation fee will apply due to the fact that your therapy session is reserved exclusively for you. I value your business and ask you to respect scheduling policy.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your start time in order to fill out necessary forms or you can download them directly from website. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call or text 773-905-3777.

Scheduling Appointments

  • A valid credit card information is required to schedule an appointment.
  • No shows, and last-minute cancellations are subject to $75.00 cancelation fee.
  • If you are running late, I may not always be able to honor a full-time session, I will accommodate as much as I can. You will be charged for full time session price.

Cancellation Policy

Our system is put in place to automatically send appointment reminders via text messages, or emails. At times I may not be able to fill a late, cancelled or forgotten appointment at the last minute. Therefore, the below cancellation policy is in effect:
Minimum 3 hours’ notice is required, you will charge a cancellation fee of $75.00 per session.
Just as in many service industries a valid credit card to be kept on file is required in order to guarantee payment for reserved appointments that are not kept or cancelled within the policy agreement described above. You will not be charged until the time of service and you are free to use another form of payment such as: gift cards, cash or a different credit card.

All first-time client appointments are booked online only. Returning clients may schedule on line, in person, or via text at 773-905-3777
